I have seen microfilm of some, but not all of your records at the Connecticut State library and online at FamilySearch. Please note, vital records do not fall under the freedom of information statutes, and are governed by their own statutes. Please reference federal law 42 USC c 2 C. I am not requesting vital records. Some towns have such a list in a notebook for the convenience of visiting researchers. It would probably save staff time and aggravation if you had such a notebook, too.
